According to The Hollywood Reporter, the network has teamed up with the estate of the King of Pop for a new animated special which will feature his extensive discography as the soundtrack.

The special, titled "Michael Jackson's Halloween", will also feature the voices of Christine Baranski, Alan Cumming, Jim Parsons, Lucy Liu, George Eads and Brad Garrett.

It will be an hour-long telecast that will follow millennials Vincent ("MacGyver" star Lucas Till) and Victoria ("The Flash" film's Kiersey Clemons), who "accidentally" meet on the Halloween night and find themselves, along with Ichabod the dog, at a mysterious hotel located at 777 Jackson Street called This Place Hotel.

The trio ends up becoming a part of a magical adventure, which results in a spectacular dance finale featuring an animated Jackson.

It has been created and produced by Optimum Productions, with animation production by Hammerhead.

The special will be directed by Mark A Z Dippe and premiere later this year.
