According to Gossip Cop, the woman in the picture was actress Dylis Corman, who co- starred with Billy Ray in Broadway’s ‘Chicago’, the New York Post reported.
Billy Ray and wife Tish filed for divorce on June 13, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
