Melanie Avalon’s passion for inspiring people seemingly knows no boundaries. Her constant urge to acquire knowledge and share it with others forms the backbone behind her successful ventures.

Having started her creative journey as an actress, Melanie had always been devoted to her craft. Her passion for the camera ultimately morphed into the biohacking sphere, leading to the birth of two incredibly successful podcasts on iTunes, “The Intermittent Fasting Podcast” and “The Melanie Avalon Biohacking Podcast.” As an influencer, Melanie also partners with various brands that support her goal of attaining health and wellness.

Growing up in the South, Melanie was involved in community theatre from a very young age. At 17, she was accepted into the early entrance program at the University of Southern California, where she double majored in film and theatre. She graduated Summa Cum Laude, achieved the highest GPA in the School of Theatre, won a Hermes award for one of her short films, and received the Louise Kerckhoff Prize for best essay of the year in Gender Studies, despite not even being in the program. Melanie also interned with notable figures in the film industry, including Jerry Bruckheimer, Julia Pistor (former VP of Nickelodeon Movies and Executive producer at Mattel), and Jim Whitaker at Walt Disney Studios’ Whitaker Entertainment.

Upon graduating, Melanie quickly secured the coveted membership in the SAG-AFTRA acting union. Soon after, she appeared in Deadly Wives on the Biography Channel and was nominated for Best Supporting Actress in the Los Angeles Independent Film Festival.

A key to Melanie’s success lies in her sharp mind and intelligence, and relentless commitment to finding answers. When she was faced with chronic health challenges after graduating college, Melanie resolved to bring everyone along with her, on a journey to find solutions that pay off in numerous health benefits. From this came her first book, What When Wine: Lose Weight and Feel Great with Paleo-Style Meals, Intermittent Fasting, and Wine (Melanie is signed with top literary agent Celeste Fine), and ultimately her two top iTunes podcasts, with millions of downloads. She also created the top iTunes app Food Sense Guide and is currently developing her first supplement, AvalonX, starting with the anti-inflammatory proteolytic enzyme serrapeptase.

Melanie’s next goal is to develop her biohacking podcast for a TV show format, to reach an even wider audience in a more immersive medium. Melanie’s podcasts have featured an almost overwhelmingly laundry list of impressive figures, including David Sinclair, Wim Hof, Robb Wolf, and Dave Asprey, among numerous others. She has appeared as a guest in Dave Asprey's Biohacking Conference with the company InsideTracker, to discuss ways one can take charge of their health and reduce their true biological “inner age,” and has been featured in numerous outlets for her biohacking endeavors, including Forbes and Entrepreneur.

The SAG-AFTRA actress aims to take the biohacking world by storm, continuing to interview these top experts from the health and fitness sphere, and share their knowledge with her audience, in a visceral visual form.
