Take the pledge and join the #UQuitIQuit movement.' Manish says, "I was approached by Nicotex to represent Mumbai and I think it's a good way to get rid of a bad habit. I am addicted to tea - I drink at least 22-25 cups a day and I want to reduce it drastically."

Manish has chosen the social media to spread the message because he believes that's the way best to reach a lot of people who follow him. "I cannot go everywhere myself. Also, even if 10 people get rid of smoking after reading my message it will be great." Other celebrities who are part of the campaign include Lisa Ray and Neil Nitin Mukesh.
