Sources close to Lindsay Lohan have revealed that the troubled actress is now 'seriously considering' accepting a plea deal in her felony grand theft trial.

Sources said that though she still maintains her innocence, the reality is starting to sink in and Lohan is beginning to understand the risks of going forward with a trial, reports TMZ.com.
If she loses at trial, she could get more than a year in jail for the probation violation, plus prison time for the felony grand theft.
