Cheryl took to Twitter to clear up a few things, saying that her mother never interfered in her relationships.
The three were spotted at a dinner earlier this week. Cheryl once said about her mother, "I've come to the conclusion that I don't trust anybody in life except my mother and my dogs."
It is being said that Payne and Fernandez-Versini's romance started back in December after she split from her husband Jean-Bernard.
Payne recently tagged her as his favourite woman in the world. The 'One Direction' star shared an old photo of the 'X Factor' judge on Instagram, alongside a romantic message hoping that he makes her happy as she makes him.
The picture comes after it was claimed Cheryl is now living with Liam in his 5.1million pounds mansion in Surrey.
