Five of the six members of The Hungry Hearts are from Norway, while one is a Portuguese and lives in New York. They create performances, concerts, films, music and are known to communicate through original music, lyrics, synchronic monologue or dialogue, choreography and costume.

Their most prominent works feature The Bride Of Christ, Rosita Lonelyheart, Anatola Twins, Pantyhose Lady. During performances, they are known for their wild speeches, where they indulge in their obsession with the female body. Incidentally, their album In Your Face is considered a national anthem for lesbians.

“When we were visiting Israel, we met The Hungry Hearts, who loved our film and offered us a video. They want us to feature in it as Bollywood actors visiting Norway, watching their show to keep intact a Bollywood feel,” recollects Kapil, adding, “In fact, Yuvraaj and I are game and would love doing it for an international feel.

Also, that we will be representing Bollywood, is an added incentive. We are waiting for the storyboard to know what we have to shoot and how the story flows.”

The album is apparently a fusion of Norwegian and Indian music. “We have been toying with the idea of using Kapil and Yuvraaj in the music album as Bollywood actors visiting Norway,” informs Tonje Gjevjon, director and band member, The Hungry Hearts. “We hope to shoot this video in summer and also want to use Kapil and Yuvraaj’s voice for a couple of Hindi lines,” she ends.
