Koffee with Karan 5: Why the Shahid Kapoor - Mira Rajput episode might just be the best of the season!

Karan Johar has pulled off a brilliant casting coup. For Koffee with Karan's fifth season. The episodes haven't bene spectacular to be honest, barring Twinkle Khanna's candid confession spree. But the pairings have been a thumbs up for sure.

And guess who Karan got on his kouch now? Shahid Kapoor with wife Mira Rajput. And here's why we feel this might just be the episode of the season!

Mira's first!
Mira and Shahid have been married for over a year now. But she's never made her presence felt in the media. She's never spoken to journalists or attended a press gathering in the last one year. Yes, she has met them when they have requested her for pictures. Mira's always obliged the paparazzi but this will be first ever stint on national television. There's ana amazing novelty factor attached to that and I will definitely switch my TV on to catch Mira. 

Unexplored personality!
There's a huge reason why the spotlight this time will be on Mira and not Shahid. He is in the public domain and she isn't. Whatever little perception we have of Mira is all due to Shahid and his interviews. This will be the first time we will actually see Mira talk. And how! KJo will surely explore the sides to her personality that we all have longed to see. I'm hoping for the best!

Mira's candid confessions!
It can't happen that you are on the Koffee Kouch and you don't say controversial stuff or make interesting revelations. Expect Mira to make some really candid confessions on the show and a source from the production told us that Mira's outgoing nature will bowl everyone over. Sometimes, even host Karan and hubby Sasha were left stumped by her statements. Oo la la, we're waiting!
