‘KBC 13’: Amitabh Bachchan recreates ‘Jumma Chumma De De’, Ranveer Singh calls him ‘tiger’

On 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 13', Amitabh Bachchan danced to his iconic song Jumma Chumma from the film Hum, taking a journey down memory lane. The actor took to Instagram to publish a collage of photos in which he can be seen doing the song's hook dance.

 

Sharing the pictures, Amitabh wrote, “…. Yeeaaah !! Jumma Chumma on set KBC .. (laughing emojis) .. been a while ..” 

Ranveer Singh praised him in the comments section. “Arre Oh Tigerrrr, meri JAANEMANNNNNN!” Ranveer made a remark about Amitabh Bachchan's portrayal in the film. Suniel Shetty comented on the post with a heart emoji.

Hum was first released in 1991. The film was directed by Mukul S Anand and stars Rajinikanth and Govinda. In the film, Anupam Kher and Danny Denzongpa played Amitabh's younger brothers, while Anupam Kher and Danny Denzongpa played the antagonists. Sudesh Bhonsle performed Jumma Chumma.

Recently, One user questioned Big B saying, "Amitabh Bachchan; why did you need to do pan masala ad? Sir, you are a perfect example for crores of people, crores of people are inspired by you. But you are sending the wrong message in society by promoting this pan masala," while another user wrote, "What are you doing for money, what message you guys are giving to the country. Advertising of such substances should be stopped."

 

In response to his fans, in Hindi, Amitabh Bachchan said, "Sir, I am apologetic, if someone is doing good in any business, then we should not think about why we are joining in with them. Yes, if there is a business then we also have to think about our business in that. Now you feel that I should not have done this but by doing this, yes, I also get money. Such petty words neither suit you nor do they adorn other artists of our industry."

 

 

Aside from hosting 'KBC 13', Amitabh Bachchan is now working on a number of projects. 'Mayday', 'Jhund', 'Brahmastra', 'Goodbye', and the Indian adaption of 'The Intern' are among them.
