Katrina Kaif has always set "body goals" for young women and stole the show yet again, as the first song from her upcoming film Baar Baar Dekho released online on Wednesday. Not too long ago, the star’s washboard abs made headlines at the opening of a recent sporting event. This time around, the actress has outdone herself with Kaala Chashma, which can only be described as a treat to Katrina Kaif fans.

You just can’t take your eyes off her chiseled physique and washboard abs in the song that is also trending over social media. The actress and her trainer Yasmin Karachiwalla have been inundated with emails and calls ever since the launch a couple of hours ago, inquiring about her regime.

Divulging details on all the effort Katrina put into her look for the song says Yasmin Karachiwala , “Katrina has been at a good fitness levels for a very long time. She is very regular and disciplined with her routine and we have been maintaining that, getting better and better with every passing day. Her abs in the song are definitely because of her combination of Pilates and cardio. I have been doing a lot of alignment work especially on her abs, focusing more on her abdomen. But having said that, we’ve been equally working out on her arms and other parts of the body.”

Adding that, “Katrina is very very good with her food. She has oat cake in the morning followed by lunch which will be fish and vegetables. Later, she’ll munch on healthy snacks in the evening which we serve at our gym say like healthy cakes, protein crushers and stuff like that. They are made out of low sugar, dark chocolate so that it comes tasty and healthy at the same time. Then for dinner she eats eggs and soup.”
