The film, which is all set for a September 21 release, has got an A certificate from the Censor Board. While Madhur says an A certificate was expected, considering the bold nature of the film, he doesn’t want to lose out on the TV audience, who will watch the trailer. A source from the industry says, “Since an A certificate has been given to Heroine, the team has decided to have not one but three trailers. There will be three different trailers for the audience — the first one, which is the one with A certificate will be launched and available online, the second one will be for the theatre and TV with the U/A certificate and the third will be for UK, which will be for above 12 years of age. For the U/A trailer, cigarettes will be blurred, love-making scenes will be cut down and offensive words will either be beeped out or replaced. The Censor Board thought the trailer was very bold and not appropriate for TV viewing.” A spokesperson from the production house confirms the same.
