Karan Johar now breaks silence on the ADHM-Shivaay audio clip controversy!

The Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Shivaay clash has taken a new turn. Amid the huge controversy that the two films are now mired in, there's a war of words going on between two parties- Ajay Devgn and KRK. But the other producer-director team, led by Karan Johar has maintained a stoic silence on the entire issue.

Ever since the audio clip went viral where KRK claimed to have been paid Rs 25 lakhs to tweet against Shivaay, Ajay has sent out two official statements and KRK has given several interviews and conducted a press conference for the same. One person who hasn't budged from his 'no talking' policy is KJo. 

But finally, Indian Express asked him the question and he responded in a rather dignified manner. He said, "My self respect, reputation, company reputation, upbringing doesn't allow me to dignify this question with a response."
