'Kapoor & Sons' box office collection: Karan Johar's film garners over Rs 25 crore over the weekend
The film stars Sidharth Malhotra, Fawad Khan and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles.
On its third day, Dharma Productions' Kapoor & Sons made an excellent box office collection of Rs 11.75 crore.
With a collection of Rs 6.85 crore on Saturday and Rs 7.75 crore on Sunday, the Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan starrer film has made a total collection of Rs 26.35 crore domestically.
In international market, the film had a fantastic weekend opening and made business of Rs 19.27 crore. So far, Kapoor & Sons has been the highest opener of 2016 in international arena; it has also overtook Airlift's colletion overseas.
