But like they say, the show must go on... Which is why Kapil replaced Sunil with Raju Shrivastav who was a guest performer and now has become a permanent fixture on the comedy show. Last night, he called Kiku Sharda and Sumona Chakravarti, who have been with him since Comedy Nights with Kapil, to shoot a few gags. Raju was there too.

But something shocking happened which left the entire cast and crew spellbound. According to a SpotboyE report, Kapil started shooting for an episode and within 10 minutes, he called it off.

"The stage was set but the laughter was missing. Instead, gloom seemed to have descended over the place. The camaraderie was missing, so was the fun. And it was clear to Kapil Sharma when he walked on stage to film the gags. The laughter seemed forced and the comic timing was off. So, within ten minutes, an exasperated Kapil decided to call off the shoot," the article says.
