Justin took to Instagram to share the first image of the newest member of the Bieber clan. Bay Bieber is Justin's half-sister. The 'No Brainer' singer's father Jeremy Bieber and his wife Chelsey became proud parents of the new baby girl on Thursday. Jeremy Bieber shared the images of the newborn and the mother on his Instagram account with the caption that read, "We welcomed a healthy baby “Bay Bieber” born at 830 am."

The image the 'Cold Water' singer shared is possibly the cutest of them all. In the picture, Bay Bieber is cradled in the pink blanket, has her eyes closed and a smile on her face. Justin captioned the image, "Meet the newest Bieber, my little sister BAY BIEBER"

Jeremy and Chelsey got married in February in the Caribbean where Justin was his best man. He had taken his then-girlfriend Selena Gomez along.

Bay is Jeremy Bieber's fourth child after Jaxon, 8, Jazmyn, 10, and Justin, 24. Chelsey also has an 11-year-old daughter Allie from her previous marriage.

Love is in the air for Justin and Hailey. While announcing his engagement to the world, the singer wrote that he will 'lead the family with honour and integrity letting Jesus through his Holy Spirit guide them in everything they do and every decision they make.'

While there has not been an official announcement about the wedding date, according to a report in People magazine, a source said, "As of now, they want a small ceremony with their families. They are not planning a huge, celebrity wedding. They are getting married for love and don’t want a flashy wedding."
