Looks like the season of wedding isn't going to slow down anytime soon. After the lavish weddings of Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonar, it's time to gear up for the next big fat Indian wedding! Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's darling daughter Isha Ambani is all set to tie the knot with Anand Piramal on December 12. Though, the nuptials will reportedly take place in Mumbai, their pre-wedding ceremonies will be held in the Lake City - Udaipur.
While we've all seen how Nita and Isha Ambani have been opting for their favourite designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee at various ceremonies till now, a picture of Manish Malhotra with Isha Ambani that was shared on Instagram got the rumour mills churning that the ace designer may have been roped in to design the bridal trousseau. But turns out, that Manish will in fact be designing the wedding decor for Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal's wedding fesitvities.
A report on BollywoodLife suggests that the entire wedding decor for the lavish ceremonies will be done today itself. The report further informs that the entire wedding will be designed and curated by Manish Malhotra. Now that's some exciting piece of news! We've already seen Manish working his magic in his bridal collections, it'll be interesting to see him work his magic in the decor this time. The excitement is pretty much palpable now.
Meanwhile, the pre-wedding festivities have already begun in Udaipur with the Ambanis and Piramals feeding 5100 specially abled people at an 'Anna Seva' function. The families wil be feeding the locals thrice a day from december 7 to December 10. A number of celebs from B-Town have already left for Udaipur to be a part of the pre-wedding celebrations. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan with daughter Aaradhya and hubby Abhishek Bachchan, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif among others were seen leaving for Udaipur.
As per latest reports, Hilary Clinton too has arived in Udaipur for Isha Ambani's grand pre-wedding functions. Reports suggest that Isha Ambani's Sangeet function will be held tonight, with Arijit Singh performing live for the guests. Watch this space for more updates...
