Imposter Alert!

VJ-actor Shenaz Treasurywalla was shocked when she found out that an imposter had been chatting to all her close girl friends posing as her.

Not only that, one of her close friends revealed that the imposter had been passing lewd comments while chatting to her friends, even going to the extent of seeking sexual favours from them.

“I hear there’s an impostor (called) “Shenaz T” on Skype with some kind of video (of me) fooling my friends and folks into thinking (that) its (it’s) me and proposing illicit acts,” declares Shenaz, on her social networking page.

“Just want you to know it isn’t me, you are probably talking to some frustrated, fat old man. Don’t buy into it,” she adds.

According to one of her friends, she contacted Shenaz and informed her about the obscene chats that the imposter was posting to her friends.

“Not only to Shenaz, this has happened to quite a few other celebs. Unfortunately, this time it was Shenaz. This person suddenly comes online in the dead of the night and starts by saying a simple ‘hi’. The moment you respond, he starts his antics by talking dirty,” reveals the friends.

Shenaz still seems to be in shock. “Gosh. He/she seems to be targeting the girls. None of my male friends have complained about these lewd calls yet. Any boys out there got an obscene skype call from this “Shenaz T”?” Shenaz asked her friends on her page.

Her friends say that if the imposter doesn’t stop sending lewd messages then the actor might lodge a complaint with the Mumbai Cyber Crime cell. “That option is open. She will lodge a complaint if the menace doesn’t stop in a few days,” says her friend.

Malaika faced it too!
Even Malaika Arora-Khan faced a similar problem when an imposter created an ID in her name and started contacting wannabe models, asking them to send their bikini pics. Malaika lodged a complaint with the Mumbai Police but the imposter couldn’t be arrested.
