I made it without any godfather: Kangna Ranaut

In her four-year-old career, actor Kangna Ranaut has showcased her versatility through the varied roles that she’s essayed on the big screen. What makes this even more commendable is that she has made it on her own — without the backing of any godfather or being assocaited with any film camp.

In an era, where the filmi families are doing everything to launch and ensure a successful career for their kids, she came in alone with little knowledge of the industry, but a fate probably many would ask for.

“It was surely not an easy path that I had chosen as I had no support from anyone at that time. I was a girl who came to try my luck in films and probably my fate had things planned for me. It’s been an exciting journey in these four years. I have learnt a lot from every film I did. In fact, I feel very happy that I’ve made it without any godfather,” she says

Ever since she entered B-town, her style quotient is something that’s always been talked about. “I love dressing up like any other girl. I am a shopaholic. I like to try new styles and experiment — be it with my hairstyles or my looks. I feel style is something that has to be restructured as per our likes and comfort. I also styled myself for two of my films. But doing too many things is a little exhausting, so now I have hired a stylist.”

So will coming out with her fashion line be a part of her plan? “ I love fashion so I will not deny the possibility, but as of now, there aren’t any such plans. It will happen when the right time will come.”

Kangna — who already sports a couple of tattoos — reveals that she’s almost addicted to them. She had earlier said that her next tattoo would be that of her children’s names. Explaining it, she adds, “Children are yours and they will always be,  no matter what. Men,  I’m not sure, but still if I feel that the man is the right one for me, I might consider,” she ends.
