I am having a nervous breakdown, says David Arquette

David Arquette, who recently parted ways with wife Courtney Cox, has revealed that he's having a nervous breakdown.

The actor said so in a heart-wrenching interview on The Howard Stern radio show.

"I definitely am having a nervous breakdown. I've been drinking a lot because I'm heartbroken. It's really a personal, traumatic thing," the New York Post quoted Arquette as telling Stern.

He also joked during the interview that he would like to have more kids with Never Been Kissed co-star Drew Barrymore.

"I know she is with Justin Long and everything, but how cool would an Arquette-Barrymore child be? From a pure breeding standpoint," he said.

Arquette and Cox have a six-year-old daughter, Coco.
