After the roaring success of the first four seasons of the Emmy® nominated drama, Zee Café brings the House of Cards Season 5 marathon as an action packed weekend binge dose. The terror will take over the world with the most anticipated season that will have viewers on the edge of their seats. On this occasion the enigmatic Kevin Spacey who plays the lead Frank Underwood, spills the beans on the latest season, politics in the world and much more. On Season 5 of House of Cards:It's an incredible world, it's self-refreshing in terms of election cycles and people coming in and out of the world. I think they manage to keep it fresh every season, just the way politics remain fresh every cycle.

On resemblance of reel life Frank Underwood and his wife Claire (Robin Wright) to real life Bill and Hillary Clinton:We felt very strongly we did not want people to think that's what we were up to. That was never our intention to play into the real world of politics. We wanted to be an alternative universe. And it may be a universe that some people prefer.

Is there a deliberate reason of keeping the show topical? We never really worry about keeping it topical and current. It's never something that crosses our minds. We just try to remain true to what we're trying to do. One of the most important aspects for me is to just to not go where people think we're going. To continually have the show go down different paths and open up different doors and not end up being predictable. His views on politics:It's really worthwhile, it's really worth doing. Whether that's stuffing envelopes for something you believe in or finding out what your community centre needs. Has Donald Trump made House of Cards obsolete? This year, in particular, there's been a lot of commentary about how we can't compete in the real world, so it's not going to be as interesting and the show can't possibly be as crazy as the real world. And my answer to that is, just you wait. Just you wait. Watch House of Cards Season 5 premiere on Saturday, June 3 on Zee Café.
