"I have sung in Papal mass when Pope was in Goa way back in 1986. I have also sung in the album for St Francis Xavier. But this will be my first ever performance in Gospel Music," Sardesai told PTI on Friday.

The concert would be held on September 23 in Ravindra Bhavan in Margao. "I have always talked about one God. Everybody is loved and wanted by him. I was very happy when the organisers approached me for the Gospel Music concert," said the singer, who has sung for Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

"I have not charged anything for the concert as I consider it as my contribution towards the Almighty," said the singer who has sung in 60 movies including 'Chak de India', 'Josh', 'Baghban' among others.

The singer, who had not sung for Hindi films for couple of years, is now making a comeback with new music composers. "I have recorded a song for new music director Akshay Saxena and also doing another project with Xitij Zarapkar," she said.
