The activist claims that construction of a ramp adjoining SRK's 'Mannat' is illegal. The complaint has been filed under Section 268 and Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code. Previously the local people had protested against this and very recently too, they had approached the BMC for the same.
The ramp is said to have blocked the pathway to Mount Mary's Church and the issue has been taken up seriously this time. Now it is only up to time to see what happens.
