Has Kim Kardashian appointed new publicist to distance self from family?

Kim Kardashian has reportedly got herself a new publicist in an attempt to distance herself from her dramatic family.

The 32-year-old reality star has left her longtime publicist Jill Fritzo, who has represented the entire Kardashian family for years, and hired Sarah Jessica Parker’s PR, Ina Treciokas, the New York Post reported.

The Slate PR co-founder has also represented Woody Harrelson, Owen Wilson, Liev Schreiber and Justin Theroux, while her firm reps for Jennifer Aniston.

A source told the publication that Kim wants to set herself apart from the Kardashian PR machine, and Kanye West has also advised her to build her own team.
