Yoga-losophy too

Only now have people realised that it is more holistic in nature, aiming at a healthy body and mind! In fact, I think overall yoga was taken for granted considering the origin of yoga was from India. I think it is the West that took notice and commercialised it to what it is today,” she says.

Her advice to the younger generation of women is simple. “It is not about being a certain size or aiming at a two or six- month goal. It’s about understanding your body type, what suits you best and over all fitness that lasts .You should also aim at following a regime that you can sustain,” she ends.
