Drishyam is a remake of a Malayalam crime drama.
First look for Ajay Devgn-starrer Drishyam is out. The Action Jackson star is playing the lead in the Hindi remake of the Malayalam film Drishyam.
The crime drama is based on the hit 2014 film that starred Mohanlal in lead role.
The first look of the film reveals Devgn's character name as well as a bit of his background in the film. A family guy, Devgn's Vijay Salgaonakar is a cable operator. A movie buff, Salgaonkar is also a school dropout.
The film also stars Tabu in a pivotal role. Drishyam will be releasing on July 31 this year.
