Farhan Akhtar set to make international musical debut in Dubai

This weekend (September 28) Farhan Akhtar, the musician, will entertain the people of Dubai alongwith fellow singer Mohit Chauhan and composer Pritam.

They will perform at the Dubai Music Week (held from September 24-29) along with international celebrities like American recording artist, songwriter, entrepreneur, voice actor, DJ and record producer, hip hop pop artiste Will.I.Am, American record producer, songwriter and rapper Timbaland and American actress and recording artist Selena Gomez.

Farhan will be playing on an International platform for the first time. Apart from Rock On! songs, he will also sing numbers from his personal collection. Performances by Benny Dayal (Batameez Dil and Lat Lag Gayi), Neeti Mohan, Arjit Singh (Tum Hi Ho and Sunn Raha Hai) are part of the act called Bollywood Night, which aims to showcase a range of music from rock to romance.

The idea is to create an internationa music destination for global talent. The actor-director, singer sang in Goa earlier this year in front of over a crowd of 25,000 and then again in Kolkata. He confirmed about his concert in Dubai.
