Remember the entire Ae Dil Hai Mushkil-MNS fiasco? Post the Uri attacks the MNS had not only asked all the Pakistani actors to leave the country but also threatened that they won't let any movies featuring Pakistani artistes to be released. The main target was Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil starring Fawad Khan.

Amidst all the tension, repeated protests and threats, the ADHM row was resolved when the maker of the film agreed to the conditions put forth by the MNS chief Raj Thackeray, in a meeting led by the Producers' Guild President Mukesh Bhatt and Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis. One of the conditions required Karan Johar to attach a special message for the Indian armed forces at the beginning of the film to which Karan readily agreed.

Now, here's a picture of the special message that Karan has attached to ADHM at the beginning of the film. The message says:

"In memory of our soldiers who have sacrificed their lives to protect ours and to whom we owe our freedom and safety. We salute the Indian Army... Jai Hind."
