Priyanka Chopra is one of the biggest names globally today. She is probably the most famous Indian celebrity in tinsel-town, not just because of her hit show - ABC's Quantico - but also because of her numerous talk show appearances, red carpet looks and her big Hollywood break with Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Zac Efron in Baywatch.
The movie will see Chopra playing the antagonist Victoria Leeds opposite Johnson's Mitch Buchannon. The Rock is known for his appreciation towards his female co-stars. This time, he extends the same courtesy to Priyanka.
The Rock shared a picture of the new Baywatch poster with PeeCee, and captions it with his high opinions of the actress. "I rarely use the word, "Perfect" (except when describing my kissing when I drink tequila on weekends), but every superhero movie, needs a SUPER villain and @priyankachopra is PERFECT as our lead baddie in #BAYWATCH. The poster has already garnered press for its similarities to the posters of movies like Shah Rukh Khan's Baazigar and Kate Hudson's Almost Famous. While the Baywatch team might not be available to promote the movie in India, Chopra will be trying her best to do the deed. Baywatch will be released in theatres on May 25, 2017.
