Disneyland puts vintage props on sale to mark 60th anniversary
Disneyland will be auctioning over 1,000 props from the iconic California theme park to mark its 60th anniversary. The massive collection up for sale includes a Pinocchio character head from 1968, valued at 7,000-9,000 dollars, and a skeleton from the original Pirates of the Caribbean river ride, which is expected to fetch 60,000-90,000 dollars, Contactmusic reported.

Mike Van Eaton, the founder and president of Van Eaton Galleries, which is staging the auction, said that the collection was huge and rare, which hence is a "true testament to the genius of Walt Disney.""It tells the story of Disneyland from the beginning like we have never seen before, and I am sure we won't ever see again," he added.
