Different shades of Bipasha Basu

Actress Bipasha Basu, who is wearing minimal makeup in her upcoming film Raaz 3 has gone all out to experiment with her hair. Though the actor is sporting a long mane, she has got it coloured mahagony red to give her character a glamorous look. Bipasha plays a diva in the film, but has dark shades to her character, which she wanted to highlight with the red colour.

“Bipasha has been experimenting with her look in every film. She wants to completely sink into her character when it comes to the look,” says a source. For the last few movies, Bipasha has been colouring her hair in different shades. For her chirpy role in Jodi Breakers she had donned a wacky blonde shade. For Aatma, which she is currently shooting, she is streaking her hair brown.

Says Bipasha, “For every film I try to create a look as per the character. For Jodi Breakers, I had blonde highlighted straight hair with Grecian twists. For Players, I had sported two looks. One had me with shoulder length voluminous blow-dried brown hair and the other look was with long scrunched brown hair. For Raaz 3, I have silky smooth long hair in red. And now for Aatma, it’s soft curly brown hair! Changing hair styles is the most effective way of transforming your look. I love experimenting with hair styles keeping in mind the different characters I play.”
