The James Bond actor, who is currently filming the movie in Rome, filmed a car chase scene earlier this week with the Aston Martin DB10.

According to La Repubblica, the car hit the bump on the road, causing the 46-year-old actor to knock his head on the car's interior. A doctor was called, but the injury allegedly was not serious.

Just one day after the accident, Craig was seen flying to London as scheduled. He was photographed wearing a blue jacket, jeans, sneakers, a cap and sunglasses while walking through the Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino airport.

Directed by Sam Mendes, "Spectre" is set for release on November 6.

In addition to Craig, Dave Bautista, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris and Monica Bellucci are among the cast line-up.
