'Creature 3D' netts Rs 3 crore on its first day

Bipasha Basu's Creature 3D hardly has its share of chills and brilliance. Having been critically panned all over, Bipasha's film failed to gain momentum at the box office. The film could only rake up a meager Rs 3 crore at the box office.

With a faulty storyline and nothing surprising, even Bipasha's earnest performance cannot save this film to sail through. Although the film opened in a larger number of screens than the other release of the week- Deepika Padukone-Arjun Kapoor's Finding Fanny, did not end up putting up as brave a show as the latter.

Creature 3D does not have a positive word of mouth and it is only the tactical use of graphics in making the CGI creature which might still manage some footfalls but given Bipasha's acting prowess being wasted and the other actors sleepwalking throughout the film, this film would not be able to rise too much.
