The actor will be playing three roles in the movie that’s set to hit the theatres in 2016. The shooting has wrapped up and director Vikram Kumar is now busy with post-production works. While there are rumours that the movie will talk about time travel, we know very little about the script right now.
Apparently, one of the characters played by Suriya owns a watch repair shop and a watch he repairs turns out to be a time travel device, and 24 here indicates the number of hours in day. In an interview, Suriya had called 24 his most ambitious project. There are several heavyweights involved as well. The film is directed by Vikram Kumar while two-time Oscar-winner AR Rahman will compose the music. Samantha and Nithya Menen will also be appearing in the movie.
