Bipasha Basu's on a lactose-free diet

Bipasha Basu believes that one ought to frequently change their diet in order to shock the body, so as to get maximum results. After observing the ketogenic low carb-high fat (LCHF) diet, she’s now on a completely lactose-free diet.
The actress made the change a few weeks before leaving for the Da Bang tour where she will be performing high-octane stunts and show off her dance moves. While she is doing Pilates already, going lactose-free is expected to be fitter and sport a glowing complexion.
She will follow the same for the next five weeks. Bipasha, who is currently in New Zealand prepping for the second leg of the Da Bang show, admits to being on a diet, adding, “Dinner is light for me. I gorge only on veggies, nariyal paani and kale chips now.”
Says Bipasha, “I believe it’s important to keep changing your diet, so your body doesn’t get used to the routine. Anything is possible if you are truly committed to the cause and don’t lose sight of the target. Have an amazing team on board to ensure that everything is on track.”
