Shilpa Shinde might not be in the right frame of mind, given the backlash she's been facing over the past few days. But things are only going to go worse from here onwards. After the entire controversy and fight that erupted out of nowhere, producer Binaifer Kohli was still willing to have Shilpa join the show back.

But Shilpa had other plans. Despite the exclusivity clause she signed for Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai, she violated the terms and decided to do 'The Kapil Sharma Show' on Sony TV. Although neither the rival channel nor the people involved with the new show have confirmed her presence, Shilpa has been claiming that she will indeed be a part of the new comedy show.

Now, that might not happen. Reasons are simple. Explains a source from CINTAA, "The Cine & TV Artistes Association had categorically ordered Shilpa to return to the sets on Monday. They had done so after listening to both parties' problems. Since Shilpa already is bound by contract for Bhabi Ji, the governing association asked her to resume shooting for the show immediately. Now that Shilpa didn't turn up, she might have to face dire consequences. A legal proceeding is underway and till the time that issue is sorted, Shilpa won't be allowed to sign anything else. That also means that she might not be a part of 'The Kapil Sharma Show' until and unless both the parties involved come to a solution."

So, Shilpa's definitely on the wrong end of things right now. She's not only lost her TV show which made her a household name but might also lose out the opportunity for which she landed up in this entire mess.
