Beyonce lights up Coachella with maiden performance and Destiny's Child reunion

After making the BeyHive wait for a year, Beyonce took to the stage at Coachella on Sunday (IST) and lit the stage on fire!

Beyonce made her entrance looking like a Nubian queen in a blinged-out ensemble from French design house Balmain.

Strutting to the tune of a marching band, she later reappeared on the stage wearing a yellow crop top and hot pants paired with tasselled boots again from Balmain.

Beyonce began her set with the song Crazy In Love and followed it up with hit after hit, including songs from her visual album Lemonade, till Jay-Z showed up for a cameo during the song 'Deja Vu'.

Later, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams joined Bey for the first Destiny's Child reunion since 2013's Super Bowl performance. The trio performed their hits like 'Lose My Breath,' 'Say My Name,' and 'Soldier.'

Soon, Solange Knowles was on stage for a dance cameo with her big sister.

In 2017, Beyonce had cancelled her appearance at Coachella citing pregnancy complications. But this explosive set more than made it up for her fans. Their reactions trended #Beychella on Twitter.

For the rest of the festival, Celebs like Jamie Foxx, Charli XCX, Ne-Yo, Post Malone, etc had performed at the festival on Saturday. Sunday's line up will see Eminem, SZA, Cardi B, Miguel and other take the stage to wrap the weekend.
