Avril Lavigne balancing work, wedding plans

Singer Avril Lavigne, who is engaged to Chad Kroeger, says she is trying to divide her time between work and wedding plans.

Lavigne, 27, will soon release her yet-to-be-titled fifth studio collection, and is enjoying every moment with her singer beau.

"I’ve already been planning the wedding. It’s just more meetings than usual, more emails, more phone calls. But it’s been good," thesun.co.uk quoted Lavigne as saying.

"I told myself that it’s a lot to do while releasing a new record, but whatever happens, don’t let it fly by, enjoy everything. So that’s what I’m trying to do," she added.

The couple, who got engaged in August this year, has kept the wedding details under wrap.
