Indian film actor Naveen Kumar Gowda (KGF fame popularly known as Yash), Mukesh Chhabra, known for his directorial debut in Sushant Singh Rajput’s ‘Dil Bechara’, and celebratory choreographer Shiamak Davar take the Yuva Unstoppable’s charitable work a notch higher. The noted celebrities from Indian film and dance fraternity have joined Amitabh Shah’s non-profit organisation to distribute family essential nutrition kits in pandemic times. The kits consisted of basic daily ration supplies like rice, wheat flour, spices, cooking oil, etc. They were gifted to poor dancer families, daily wagers, migrant labourers, and other special needs people in Mumbai and Bengaluru.
COVID-19 and dwindling economic opportunities have adversely impacted the weaker sections of the society. They have been struggling to meet their basic needs of food, shelter, and hygiene. Daily wage and migrant labourers like security guards, housemaids, drivers, and families of many more such groups are bearing the maximum brunt. Soon after lockdown, Yuva Unstoppable started a campaign to provide immediate relief in the form of ration and safety kits to lakhs of such vulnerable people. Many corporates and well-known personalities from the field of sports, philanthropy, entrepreneurship, and literature joined hands with them in this noble initiative.
Shiamak Davar was touched by the Yuva Unstoppable’s charitable work. In a heart-warming note to Amitabh Shah, he shared: “Thank you, thank you Amitabh. Farah Khan has already taken some kits for poor dancers in the industry and others are going to the needy in my dancer family. Please send whatever you can for victory and we would always love to help anybody in need. God bless you!”
Yash, who is also the founder of YashoMarga Foundation said: “Thank you Amitabh Shah and Yuva Unstoppable! This is indeed the beginning of a long journey with you all.”
