'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' made its mark at the weekend box-office with an estimated 92 million dollars earnings domestically.According to Variety magazine, the sequel grossed 277 million dollars internationally, including an anticipated 116 million dollars this weekend, hauling nearly 370 million dollars in only three weeks, Fox News reported.Even though Marvel's 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier' had a better opening than the 'Spiderman' sequel, Sony's worldwide distribution topper Rory Bruer said that the film has had stunning results across-the-board worldwide and will do well.
