All is not well between Govinda and nephew Krushna Abhishek
Chi Chi mama is upset with his nephew Krushna.
Looks like all is not well between mama Govinda and bhanja Krushna Abhishek.
The rumour was sort of confirmed after Govinda made an appearance on Krushna's rival Kapil Sharma's show to promote his upcoming film Jagga Jasoos. Govinda with wife Sunita and daughter Tina will soon be seen on Sony's The Kapil Sharma Show. From the pictures surfacing online, we can say that the actor had a jovial time with the crew. He also engages in a Qawwali battle with Dr Mashoor Gulati with Kapil on his team.
However, this has reportedly not gone down well with Govinda's nephew, and Kapil Sharma's biggest nemesis, Krushna Abhishek. Krushna hosts Comedy Night Live on rival channel Colors.
Speaking to The Indian Express, Krushna confirmed the animosity between the two. He said that he was shocked to learn that Govinda and his wife were shooting with Kapil. "Somehow our dates didn’t seem to match. I messaged him again four days ago, but to my shock, I learnt that he and his wife were shooting with Kapil on Wednesday. I was aghast as I expected him to support his nephew.”
Krushna revealed that the reason behind Govind being upset is when the comedian tried to crack a joke about the actor by saying, 'Maine Govinda Ko Apna Mama Rakha Hai'. This reportedly did down well with Govinda and. "A star is free to go on other shows, but being family, I expected him to come to my show first. He is behaving like a superstar now and not my Chi Chi mama," said Krushna.
In the same report, Govinda says that he is he was upset and told Krushna to refrain from making such comments in the name of gags as they are humiliating. "Krushna has been making money by insulting others on television," he said.
