Ribeiro will be next to introduce the series of wedding disasters, hilarious falls and usual family funnies we've come to expect from the show since 1989, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Ribeiro succeeds Tom Bergeron, who also presents "Dancing with the Stars" - someone Ribeiro is familiar with after winning season 19 of the competition last year.

In November 2009, Bergeron celebrated AFHV's 20th anniversary with its first host Bob Saget. In 2014, he had announced that he will not host AFV from the next season.
