Adele and her partner, Simon Konecki, have won the case they filed against photo agency, Corbis Images UK Limited, for using her personal snaps with son, Angelo.

The 26-year-old singer's solicitor, Jenny Afia, told the High Court in London that the pictures were "milestone moments" for the pair, and no one had the right to intrude upon their privacy, the BBC reported.

She further stated that the duo would be keeping up their efforts to make the laws relating to paparazzi and children stricter.

The agency would now be paying a five-figure sum as a settlement for the paparazzi photos of the singer's 2-year-old boy, which were taken in June and November 2013, and have also promised not to use them again.
