According to a report in The New Indian Express, Jubilee hills traffic police inspector T Srinivas conducted a special drive and detained an Innova car in which the actor was travelling. The actor was reportedly on his way to the gym when he was stopped. It was later found that the car was owned by one Shiva Narayana Sadhanala, who already has seven challans pending against him. The latest challan (which would make the amount due to be Rs 1,810) was handed over the car driver and they were let off.

In the past, Tollywood actor Jr NTR has also been pulled up for travelling in a tinted glass vehicle in Ameerpet, the report said.
