The poster created a controversy and the lawsuit was filed against Aamir Khan and the makers of 'PK'. A local court will hear all the arguments in connection with the suit next week.

Civil Judge M S Sharma will hear further arguments next week before deciding on what should be done. Previously, Aamir and director Rajkumar Hirani replied to the suit saying that Hemant Patil had no right to file the suit regarding any particular issue and that the poster had been duly approved by the Film Publicity Screening Committee.

'PK' also stars Anushka Sharma, Sushant Singh Rajput and Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles and is all set to release on December 19.
