The second or the concluding part has now released in theatres and there's absolute euphoria surrounding the South film - a craze never-seen-before in the history of Indian cinema in the last two decades. People are going crazy about the film. And the result will come out in the form of terrific box office figures.

Here are 5 records Baahubali 2 will break on Day 1 -

Highest advance booking sales:The film raked in over Rs 30 crore just from its advance booking which is usually around Rs 15-16 crore for big films, starring Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan. They have doubled that figure and broken the previous record held by Salman Khan's Sultan (Rs 21 crore)

Highest non-holiday opener ever:Forget Bollywood, this will be India's highest non-holiday opener. Despite no big festive season to benefit from, the madness and buzz around the film is tremendous. It's equivalent to what an Indian superstar's film gets before its release. That's a lot for a film that's predominant in South languages and is just dubbed in Hindi. The film will easily cross the Rs 32 crore mark at the BO beating the previous record by Aamir Khan with Dhoom 3.

Highest opening day collections for any dubbed film:The film obviously has a huge market in South India. But the successful run of the first part's Hindi dubbed version has proved that such films have a great reach, outside South India too. Baahubali is a pan-India film catering to the Indian audience and that's where it clicks. The first day figures will be the highest ever for any film dubbed in Hindi.

The only film to gross Rs 100 crore on Day 1:The film was expected to rake in Rs 85 crore plus (gross) at the box office from all its versions. But now, the incredible advance booking has catapulted its mayhem to a different level altogether. It's going to rule the box office and Rs 100 crore plus gross figure is guaranteed on its opening day - the first ever for any Indian film.

Highest opening day for a South film:The film will gross over Rs 125 crore in India itself on day 1. The film is expected to bring in Rs 40-45 crore gross from its Hindi version alone. The film will add another Rs 40 crore from its Telugu version. The Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada versions will bring in another Rs 30-40 crore gross easily. The film will easily bring in Rs 120-125 crore gross total at the BO on Day 1. That would also mean the highest opening day numbers for any South film.
