From Rajinikanth to Chiranjeevi, Tollywood actors extend support to '9 pm 9 minutes'

Apart from Rajinikanth and Chiranjeevi, Allu Arjun, Mahesh Babu, Pooja Hegde, Nagarjuna, Nayanthara and Rakul Preet Singh also showed solidarity in fight against coronavirus

Sharing an image of him holding a candle along with his wife, Rajinikanth asked people to stay safe and show solidarity in the fight against coronavirus.

Quoting Rumi, Tamannaah wrote, "The wound is the place where the light enters you -Rumi. Lighting the feeling of hope, positivity and strength with my family. We are all in this together!"

Sharing an image of her lighting diyas in the middle of plants, Pooja wrote, "Light. Prayer. Good intentions...”Remember, Happiness can be found,even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light."

Allu Arjun and his whole family came out of their houses and lit a candle.

Naynathara showed her support by coming to her balcony with a candle.

Sharing an image of his family, including superstar Nagarjuna, Akhil Akkineni wrote, "Fighting this together is the only way we can win."

Rajinikanth's daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth also shared a similar message like her father and asked people to pray.

Chiranjeevi and his family also came out of their houses with candles in their hands.

Mahesh Babu posted a photo of him with the candle and wrote, "9 pm 9 minutes."

Thanking all the doctors and nurses, Rakul Preet Singh was seen in a pink kurta with a candle in the middle of the plants at her house. She shared the video as her Instagram story and wrote, "#GoCorona."
