Bigg Boss OTT 3 winner Sana Makbul gets diagnosed with liver cirrhosis: ‘Doctors and I are doing everything to avoid...'

Bigg Boss OTT 3 winner Sana Makbul's friend Dr Ashana Kanchwala shared a hospital bed picture, revealing her worsening health. Sana is battling liver cirrhosis, a severe progression of autoimmune hepatitis. She's started immunotherapy and is focusing on recovery, leaving fans worried and sending her well wishes for a speedy recovery.

Sharing her battle with the health condition, Sana Makbul said, 'I've been living with autoimmune hepatitis for a while now, but recently things got worse. My immune system started attacking my liver more aggressively, and I've now been diagnosed with liver cirrhosis.'

Sana Makbul further added, 'but I’m trying to stay strong and taking one day at a time. The doctors and I are doing everything we can to avoid a liver transplant. I’ve started immunotherapy, and it’s intense and tiring. Some days are harder than others. But I’m holding on to hope. I just want to get better without needing something as big as a liver transplant. It’s not going to be easy, but I am not ready to give up so easily. 

Sana shares her emotional journey, saying, 'Some days I cry, some days I laugh, but every day, I try. As they say, healing is a journey, and I’m learning as I go.'

Despite her hard work and recent success in Bigg Boss, her health struggles are disheartening. However, Sana said, "I may be walking slower right now, but I'm still moving, and that's all that matters." She's prioritising her health and recovery, taking it one step at a time with resilience and a positive attitude.
