Several actors get into the industry at a very young age and work forever. But many balance their education and work-life in pursuit of getting a degree. On the other hand, many actors joined the film industry only after completing their education at least by getting their bachelor's degree from college. Today, we have listed down a few female actors from the South film industry and their educational qualifications.

Anushka Shetty before becoming an actor completed her education by graduating with a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Mount Carmel College in Bengaluru. The actor even trained herself to be a yoga instructor.
2. Kajal Aggarwal

Kajal Aggarwal did her schooling at St Anne's High School in Mumbai and junior college from Jai Hind College in the city. The actor then did graduation in mass media by specialising in marketing and advertising from KC College also in Mumbai.
3. Nayanthara

Nayanthara did her schooling in various parts of North India and also studied at Balikamadom Girls Higher Secondary School in Kerala. She also earned her bachelor's degree in English Literature from Marthoma College, Thiruvalla in Kerala.
4. Samantha Akkineni

Samantha Akkineni completed her schooling at Holy Angels Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School in Chennai. Soon after that, she did her graduation in commerce from Stella Maris College, Chennai.
5. Shruti Haasan

Shruti Haasan did her schooling in Chennai and then moved to Mumbai to study psychology at St Andrew's College. Soon after that, the actor headed to the US to learn music from Musicians Institute in California.
6. Tamannaah Bhatia

Tamannaah Bhatia did her schooling at Maneckji Cooper Education Trust School in Mumbai. At the age of 13-15, the actor started working and was also a part of Prithvi Theatre in Mumbai for about a year.
7. Trisha Krishnan

Trisha Krishnan did her schooling at Sacred Heart Matriculation School in Church Park in Chennai. The actor then joined Ethiraj College for Women to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). It was reported that Trisha aspired to become a criminal psychologist before foraying into movies.
