Running is the easiest form of exercise, all you need to do is invest in a good pair of shoes! Whenever I have to drastically lose weight, running is my weapon. I wake up at 5 am and go to a nearby park to run, because that's the best time. Also, it is important to run on a natural surface because concrete floors take a toll on the knees. If you are running a long distance, it is important to maintain a uniform speed to keep your stamina intact and the body fluids going. You need to utilise the maximum strength only in the end.

If you are running for a good cause, 50 per cent of it is taken care of by God. You have to work hard for the remaining fifty per cent. You need to pratise running at least 15 days before the D-Day. Otherwise, it will be a shock to your body.

Running a marathon needs strength and has nothing to do with body type. Just because you have a six-pack body doesn't mean you will run fast or last a marathon! If you ask me, Akshay Kumar is somebody who would last the longest in a marathon since his body is naturally built.

The idea of a marathon exclusively for women sends the message lond and clear that they are equal to men. In fact, women possess an inner kind of strength that men don't. I can see that from the way my wife handles everything. What I do, my wife can do, but I cannot do everything that she does! So, I absolutely support DNA ICan Marathon which celebrates women power and fitness. I think it should happen more often.
