UPSESSB Recruitment 2021: Last date of application extended for 15198 TGT and PGT posts, check important details

The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Sewa Chayan Board (UPSESSB), Allahabad, has extended the last date for the application of the posts of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) and Post Graduate Teacher (PGT). 

Interested and eligible candidates can now apply online on the official website of UPSESSB at pariksha.up.nic.in on or before April 21, 2021. Earlier, the last date of application was April 11, 2021.

Start date of registration- March 16, 2021
Last date of application- April 21, 2021
Last date of submitting application fee- April 23, 2021
Last date of submitting complete application form- April 25, 2021

Number of Posts- 15198 vacancies under UPSESSB TGT PGT Recruitment. 

UP TGT- 12603 vacancies
UP PGT Posts- 2595 vacancies

Eligibility Criteria

TGT - Graduate Degree in relevant subject and B.Ed or equivalent

PGT - Post Graduate Degree with B.Ed.

Age Limit

Not less than 21 years of age

Selection process

Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test. The selection will be done on the basis of a written exam which will consist of 125 MCQ questions where each question will be of 4 marks. The total marks of the exam will be 500.

TGT - Rs. 44900-142400, Pay Level 8, Grade Pay - 4600
PGT - Rs. 47600-151100, Pay Level 8, Grade Pay -4800
